Executive Chef
Full Time | Danbury, CT| 80K - 90K/Year
Craft Kitchen & Bar is a chef-driven, elevated New American restaurant built around seasonal ingredients, thoughtful execution, and a warm, rustic-chic dining experience. Our menu evolves frequently, balancing creativity with approachability, and is backed by a strong bar program and a loyal local following.
We’re looking for an Executive Chef who can lead from the front—someone who takes ownership of the kitchen, builds strong teams, and pushes the food forward while maintaining consistency and profitability.
The Role
This is not a “clipboard chef” position.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can:

Lead and develop a strong kitchen team

Execute at a high level during service
You’ll work closely with ownership & Culinary Director on concept evolution, menu strategy, and overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership

Develop and execute seasonal menus (dinner, brunch, specials)

Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality across all services

Introduce new dishes that align with Craft’s identity (not overcomplicated, but elevated)
Kitchen Operations

Manage food cost, labor, and inventory with discipline

Oversee ordering, vendor relationships, and product quality

Ensure kitchen systems are organized, efficient, and scalable
Team Development

Hire, train, and retain a strong BOH team

Set standards and hold the team accountable

Build a culture of professionalism, urgency, and pride
Service Execution

Be present on the line during key services

Lead by example in pace, cleanliness, and communication

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or strong Sous ready to step up

Background in scratch kitchens / elevated casual or New American

Strong understanding of food cost + kitchen financials

Restaurant Manager
Full Time | Multiple Locations | 60K - 75K/Year
The Restaurant Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations for one of SavorLinks’ restaurants. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading service staff, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations throughout each shift. The Restaurant Manager provides hands-on leadership, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management, while upholding brand standards of hospitality and professionalism. In addition, they partner with the culinary and ownership teams on sales initiatives, cost control, and local marketing efforts, while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence across the restaurant.
Payroll Administrator & Bookkeeper
Part Time | Remote
The Payroll Administrator & Bookkeeper manages payroll processing and day-to-day accounting functions for SavorLinks’ family of restaurants. This role is responsible for accurate and timely payroll administration, compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining detailed financial records. The Payroll Administrator & Bookkeeper also oversees accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently. In addition, they work closely with ownership and external accountants on monthly reporting, tax filings, and budgeting, while safeguarding the financial integrity of the organization.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Part Time / Full Time | Multiple Locations | 50K-65K/Year
The Social Media Manager leads digital strategy and brand storytelling across SavorLinks’ portfolio of restaurants. This role is responsible for creating compelling, high-quality content that elevates each concept while strengthening the overall brand presence.
Working closely with ownership and management, they drive audience growth, engagement, and performance through strategic campaigns, seasonal launches, and paid media initiatives. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with data-driven execution and has the ability to capture professional-level photography and video that reflects the atmosphere, food, and hospitality experience of each location.
